TESTIMONIALS AND REVIEWS

In year 1 on Airbnb and VRBO, we hosted 46 guests who stayed a total of 163 nights. 38 of 39 ratings from these sites were 5 stars!

In addition to being Airbnb and VRBO Super/Premier Hosts, we have had multiple repeat guests. Here are just a few of the public comments from these sites and Google:

Chris K. (Google) - We really enjoyed our stay at The Cozy Crab! The location was stunning and quiet, perfect for our holiday getaway. The cottage was roomy and very comfortable for the two of us, but could easily accommodate four people. Nice touches throughout and many thoughtful amenities (all the kitchen items we needed, games, and helpful info about local points of interest). The shower was huge, the bed was comfy, and the towels were soft. It was nice to be able to enjoy a cup of coffee out on the dock in the morning and take in the beautiful view of the marsh. We look forward to our next visit!

Jason G. (VRBO) - My family loves the cozy crab. Its the perfect place for us to enjoy the Amelia area on land and by boat. The sunrise and waterway view cant be beat!

Susie W. (VRBO) - This place immediately makes you slow down and observe. You can sit inside and with the view you feel like you’re outside. But making it down to the end of the dock is where all the beauty is. We watched the sunrise every morning and they all were so different. Next time we’re for sure going to rent a boat. And there definitely will be a next time. This is one of those unique setups that you will go out of your way to make happen again and again. And the hostess….. lovely as well. And very accommodating and available. Such a quaint place and unique experience.

Donna A. (VRBO) - Ashley and Scott were so amazing with all of our questions and needs for our stay. The place itself was AMAZING. Clean, organized, well furnished and thoughtful little touches made it so special. That dock though! We spent every day on that amazing dock and saw all kinds of sealife swim by! Not really important but a huge plus we’re the really friendly neighbors happy to suggest restaurants and places to see!

Amy (Airbnb) - We love staying here! The place is cute and cozy and I love the water view - it's fun seeing the difference between high tide and low tide. This was our second visit and we hope to come back again!

Ray (Airbnb) - Ashley's place was perfect for us to stay in town a couple of days and visit family with our 2 dogs! The yard is spacious, the view of the water is so quiet and peaceful. I had to work from the cottage 1 day and the WiFi was perfect and allowed me to do work without any issues. The cottage was very clean and neat, and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely look into staying here again the next time we are in town visiting family.

Patricia (Airbnb) - Above and beyond our expectations! A beautiful, spacious, peaceful place…absolutely perfect…made even better by Ashley’s communication and thoughtfulness, making our stay super comfortable. Highly recommend!

Itai (Airbnb) - This home is by far one of our favorite places we have ever stayed at. It was such a meaningful experience, we actually extended our stay by another night. Ashley and Scott went above and beyond to make our stay there feel like home and were super responsive with any question we had. I know we will be back there the next time we head to north Florida.

Dianna (Airbnb) - We stay in a lot of Airbnb's and out of all the hosts I have dealt with Ashley ranks #1!!! Her place is beautiful and always clean. She is very communicative and her place has lots of extra's. The view is always beautiful!!

Tammy (Airbnb) - The Cozy Crab was so relaxing and peaceful. Everything from pulling in the driveway, through the house and out the back to the beautiful dock! Our granddaughter loved fishing off the dock, they caught a blue crab and several different fish. The house is as cozy and cute as can be. We loved it all. Thank you, Ashley!!

Heidi (Airbnb) - Clean cozy cottage in a tranquil setting. Situated perfectly between Kings Bay Naval Base and Amelia Island, allowing us to have a few days to ourselves to explore nearby beaches and restaurants before connecting with family stationed at the Naval Base. Our Grandkids visited for the day and enjoyed fishing from the dock, swinging on the swing, and toasting marshmallows in the outdoor firepit. Words cannot describe the gorgeous sunrises we enjoyed watching each day while sipping coffee from the screened in porch. We were even lucky enough to see a pod of dolphins heading back out to sea one morning.
